Before our store opens at 9:30am, I expect that all employees be present and all displays and merchandise be organized. Unfortunately, this has not been the case with you these past two weeks as our records have shown that you have been consistently tardy, arriving 10 and even 20 minutes after our doors open.

This is highly disappointing behavior for someone in your position, who is expected to lead and set a good example for the other employees you manage. I do not want to have to resort to more serious methods in order for you to comply. Please do what it takes to get to work on time.
