Dear Arnold Den,
When we first hired you, I strongly felt that you were a wonderful addition to our company. You were driven, highly motivated, and your strong work ethic reflected on the number of sales that you were closing for the company.
With such a previously stellar record like yours, it comes as quite a surprise that for the past month we have seen such a great decline in your productivity. As you know, we have set the quota at 80% for tenured agents like you. This is something that you seemed to have no problem achieving until last month where your percentage fell to a mere 40%. The decrease is greatly alarming.
I ask that you come to my office tomorrow at 10:00am so we can talk about this issue. Please know that I would like to hear some sort of explanation from you and believe that you are capable of the caliber of work that we ask for. I look forward to speaking to you about this matter.
Sincerely,
Kiana
