Dear  Hennery smith,

During my attendance at your recent sales event I signed up for a credit account. I did this mainly in order to take up the option of the welcome gift. During the event I also brought one of your products for $29 using cash. This same item though has now also appeared on my credit card statement. I do not understand how this could have happened, although I hope that you can rectify this mistake right away and make my credit card transactions correct.

 

I have included my receipt showing the cash transaction for the item with this letter, and look forward to a speedy resolution to this issue. I would like to take this opportunity though to thank you for the welcome gift.
