Dear Mr. Boparai,
I am very sorry to inform you that I will not be able to pay my organization dues for this month due to financial problems. My son fell ill last month and he was confined in the hospital for almost two weeks. We had to pay quite a large sum for the medical expenses and we still have a balance to pay for the professional fee of the doctors. My medical insurance has yet to reimburse my expenses and I do not have enough money at the moment to pay for my dues this month. However, I will be able to pay this as soon as my medical insurance pays for the fees covered by the insurance.
Rest assured that I will pay my dues as soon as I am capable of doing so. I hope this will not mar my record in the organization as I have been regularly paying for many years now.
