My schedule to move in town for business affairs has been reconsidered and I will no longer need a place to stay in town. I am deeply sorry for having to cancel my lease of your property but it is something that needs to be done due to the current circumstances.
My manager is willing to pay the sum we have agreed upon earlier in payment of the damages that our cancellation may have caused your business.
