I write this letter to notify you that I will be cancelling my magazine subscription with you starting next month. I recently lost my job and at the moment I am no longer in a good financial position to be able to continue my subscription with your company. I have thoroughly enjoyed reading your magazine and it has given me numerous helpful advices about improving housekeeping. My children also enjoy the sections that you have for young children. It is sad for me to cancel my subscription and I hope to be able to renew my subscription later when I have found a job again.
I have already paid my dues for this month and have no pending dues with you. Please reply to confirm my cancellation.
