Dear Mr. Chaterju,
In behalf of the organizers of the Seminar on Advanced Science Teaching Techniques, I would like to inform all the participants that the seminar has been cancelled. The speaker and facilitator we have invited have informed us that they will be out of town on the scheduled date of the seminar to attend awarding ceremonies. They have been chosen as representatives of the country at an international event and have only been informed recently about the matter. They also wish to convey their apologies to everyone for having to cancel only a few weeks away from the seminar.
We will be sending everyone copies of the module on the matter prepared by the speaker himself. We will be discussing the rescheduling of the said seminar with him as soon as he returns from the activity.
