Dear Mr. Himanshu,
I would like to inform everyone that the theater class for children scheduled for next month is being cancelled. Our sponsors for the free one-month special class have called us recently to inform us that they will no longer be able to sponsor the activity due to financial constraints that have surfaced. They regret having to back down from their sponsorship but they have no choice at the moment. They have informed us, however, that they are willing to sponsor the same activity next year.
It is sad for us to inform all those who have enrolled their children in the class about the cancellation. We want the activity to push through but we do not have enough time to find another sponsor. We do hope that you will support us again next year when we will be holding the said activity.
