There is a little ambiguity regarding our the new health insurance policy of our company that we hope to clear through the issuance of this letter. From January 7 onwards, ABC will pay the premium for the employee following a $700 deductible plan made with FE Health Care. The marginal premium is solely the responsibility of the employee if they wish to add a dependent to the coverage list or want a lower deductible.
We understand that the health coverage is an attractive benefit and we wish we could pay for all the employees and dependents. If the sales target for the year is reached then such a coverage might be possible. We appreciate your understanding attitude.
