This is with reference to your newspaper ad yesterday and we feel proud to introduce ourselves as Messrs. Vijetha advertising agency. We are ready to take up your proposal to give massive publicity to the right age of marriage as amended by the Government of India in the grassroots levels in our state. We charge Rs. Five lakh per week for this job. This price includes radio announcements, street plays and skits, print material like posters, handbills etc., distributed in the countryside and also for street to street mike announcements and scripts in local television channels. The wording of the announcement will be given by you and the payment can be made after getting feedback on our work. The payment has to be made in three installments first on agreement, second at the time of commencement of the work and the final one at the time of feedback. The format agreement is enclosed herewith.
