In behalf of our organization, I would like to request the use of your company’s conference hall for our national assembly on April 25. Our organization is a non-profit organization that was established in 1990 in the pursuit of academic excellence in the field of communication arts. At present, we have over 5,000 member students in the country.
We are set to hold our annual national assembly next month where representatives of all our local chapters will meet. The activity will gather around 500 individuals to serve as a venue for discussions on the latest issues in communication arts. We have found your company’s conference hall to be most fit for our activity as it has complete facilities. Rest assured that the venue will be maintained in good condition during the activity.
