Farewell Letter to Colleagues

June 12, 2011

29th September, ’08.

Dear All,

As most of you know, I am moving away to (Texas) due to personal reasons.  Tomorrow is my last day at work and I cannot leave without bidding you all farewell.

In the past (three years) that I have worked for this company, I have learned tremendously.  If not for your constant support and encouragement I would not have been able to perform my duties so well.  Professionally, I have gained a lot of knowledge and I shall always cherish this as one of the most satisfying phases in my career.
Personally too I have shared a special bonding with all of you and I shall take away with me cherished memories of our times together.  I look forward to any of you visiting me in (Texas) and if there is anything I can do for you from there, please do let me know.
I shall keep you posted on my new address and new telephone numbers once I get settled in the new place.
I wish each and every one of you the very best in all your future endeavors in both professional and personal lives.

Sincerely,

Signature
(John Brown)
