We received your donation of 1,000 school books for children last week and we gladly accept your donation. The school books have already been checked and properly catalogued in the library. It is now available for use by our students and our school librarian has informed me that many students have already borrowed the books you donated.
Your donation is a great addition to our library. It will really help students gain more knowledge and be able to study more of their lessons. They are great reference books and among the most timely school books that we could use. We hope that your generosity will be followed by many other alumni who are already successful and have much to share to the school.
