Dear Sir,
This letter comes all your way to show my thankfulness to your sales department executive who helped me a great way. I had been expecting a call from my offshore employer confirming my job, when I was hit with the bad news that the handset was not working.
After having tried to mend the phone set on my own a couple of times, I went to the nearest retail outlet of Easy Call Mobile Services.
