Dear Austin Parker,

Watching the meteor shower with you the other night was, in my opinion, the perfect date. I don’t know exactly what it was but the night just felt so magical and romantic. To tell you the truth, I haven’t stopped thinking about it since.

I liked how thousands of falling stars were the backdrop for the great conversation we had about our future. It was nice hearing about your plans, where you think your job will take you, and how a serious relationship would fit in with all that. I know we’ve only been on a couple of dates but even now I want you to know that we are looking for pretty much the same thing in terms of a relationship. It feels great finally being able to find someone who wants the same things I want. I guess this is a great sign for us.

It may sound strange but every time after going out with you I find myself anticipating the next time we see each other. I guess that just shows how much I truly enjoy your company. While I’m on that subject, I would like to invite you out on Saturday afternoon. One of my friends is having a photo exhibit in the Abstract Gallery on Walter Road and I’d love to have you there with me. I think it’s something you’d enjoy too as I remember you telling me how much time you used to spend on photography. I hope you’ll meet me there. The exhibit opens at 4:00 pm and I’ll be there by then. I hope to see you.
