This is to confirm that your letter of complaint has reached our department. While we understand why you would feel upset over losing the lesson credits that you have already purchased, we do have to remind you that our contract states that any cancellations should be initiated at least five hours before the actual schedule, and that failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the class.

As such, we will be unable to make the billing adjustments you are asking for. If there’s anything else that we can help you with, though, please feel free to let us know.
