Dear CHRIS KLINTON,

I have enjoyed having you as a landlord for the past six years and feel that during that period I have always paid my dues on time. Regardless of past circumstances, I always felt it to be my responsibility to hand over my rent at the time that we agreed on.

Now, however, I would like to ask for your understanding and consideration with the circumstances that I am experiencing. My mother was hospitalized just last week and she has been diagnosed with early stage breast cancer. Under the recommendation of her doctor, we have decided it best to give her chemotherapy once a month. With this, I would like to request that you allow me to move my date of payment from the 15th of each month to the 30th. This way I will not be overly burdened with the medical bills and rent at the same time. I hope that you will approve this request of mine. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Nodin
