Dear Austin Parker,

After consulting with a good friend who has had some experience in this kind of business, I have decided to move forward with my plans of opening a dance school. Since my friend mentioned that you have a special interest in education and the arts, I thought it a good idea to approach you with my proposal.

Right now, I am renting a small studio and am offering basic ballet classes to children and teens. The number of students has steadily increased over the last few months and we have received requests to open up more classes for adults. We have also gotten requests for other types of classes. However, since we are sharing the studio with a fitness instructor, it is impossible for us to address these demands at this time.

I know many professional dance teachers who are interested in coming up with a dance school, and I would like to enter into this venture with them. However, we lack the necessary funds to turn this dream into reality. Our main concern right now is constructing a building that will house at least five studios. As such, we would like to ask for your help. We believe that with the current demand, this project has a great potential of turning into a very profitable business. If you are interested in investing in this, we would be very happy to meet with you to explain our plans further as well as get your suggestions on how we can go about this expansion.

Sincerely,

Ajayi
