DearAustin Parker,

With retirement congratulations are definitely in order.

You have been a true asset to this firm and it is obvious that you are going to be missed. We were always confident that all of our clients would have their needs met when they were being dealt with by you. It is great to know that we have had such a loyal member of staff and one who was always willing to undertake whatever work required doing. We are of course also going to miss those home baked treats that were in constant demand.

I know that retirement will take some getting used to but it is a great opportunity for you. There is so much that you can now do, not least that traveling you have always dreamed of. I know that you have already planned to do so much, and I am sure that everything will work out for you. Make sure that you keep in touch and visit us when you are in town.

Sincerely,

Aida
