This letter is on the complaints against Mr. James Sanders on sexual harassment. Mr. Sanders was given a written notification of the complaints against him, and we had a one-on-one conference last March 5 regarding the matter. We examined the specifics of each complaint coming from the finance department, and we reviewed company policy on the issue. Mr. Sanders was cautioned that if more valid complaints will be received by the office, he will be terminated. He agreed to attend seminars organized by the Personnel Department to aid him in assessing his behavior that might be deemed offensive by other people.
