Just last month, the company held a meeting wherein the new no-smoking policy was implemented. It was our understanding that everyone agreed to the implementation as no one said anything against it during the meeting.
This is why it comes as a great disappointment and surprise to me that I have been receiving complaints of a number of employees who continue to smoke on company premises. Let this memo serve as a reminder and a strict warning that anyone who is caught violating the said rule will be subject to disciplinary measures.
