James didn’t’ t agree that he uses the phone excessively, but then, he agreed that, from now on, he would limit his personal phone calls to three times a day for a maximum of only 5 minutes per call. He was concerned about his job performance and was appreciative that William gave him a warning on the matter. William further informed him that their discussion on the subject will be recorded and kept in the employee file.
