I have been receiving numerous reports in the past week about a number of employees who have been abusing access to the Internet in the office and have blatantly ignored our company policy regarding Internet use.
Please let this memorandum serve as a reminder that the rules state that employees should only use the Internet during working hours for business-related tasks. Please refrain from checking social networking sites, photograph archives, and the like while at the office. I hope that we all comply and that there will no longer be a need to implement disciplinary actions. Thank you.
