I have obtained recently a copy of the credit report for my account from your company and I have found an item which is an error.
The item: I dispute BAF credit card with the account number 66699877. This particular account holding that number has been paid completely.
I request you to remove that item and update my account with the correct information.
I have also enclosed copies of my bank statements as well as the cancelled checks, to present to you the proof for my situation. Please take a look into this matter as soon as possible and also correct the information.
Please intimate me as and when you update my account through post.
