We were extremely grateful when you agreed to deliver a dishwasher the next working day, instead of leaving us waiting for a week. It seems though that in your haste a damaged machine was delivered. The door of the dishwasher will not close, no matter how much pressure is put on it. I have enclosed a small video clip to show the trouble I am having. I would appreciate it if you can send out a qualified technician to resolve the problem as soon as is physically possible.
