Firstly my tax ID is 112-22-1131, and my name is Colin Carter. I would like to point out an error made by the state when they have calculated the taxes owed. The notice which came in the post today suggests that I have not made the correct dependents’ deductions. It appears that the state is under the impression that I have only two children, I actually have three. My dependent’s calculations are accurate based on the three children I have. As such I would appreciate that you amend the records held by the state, and reissue the letter. Many thanks for dealing with this issue on my behalf.
