Dear Raphael lawrence,
I recognize that with the popularity of you current sale that you must be inundated with orders, but I have now been waiting on a delivery for three weeks. I am curious to know what could have caused my extended wait. On October 19 I placed my order for two hardback books, one paperback and also a poster, I was under the impression that these items would be dispatched to my house on the next working day. I would hope that these items can be sent to me straight away otherwise I must cancel this order.
