Dear  Rony conard,

I have just got off of the phone, having talked with your help-desk. I spoke to woman who gave her name as Sarah. Throughout the length of the call, I was spoken to in an extremely unpleasant tone. I felt that I was being talked down to and was made to feel very stupid. Having spoken to your help-desk previously, I know that Sarah is not the normal type of employee I speak to, but this one call has spoilt my image of your company. I believe that Sarah needs to have some training on what customer service and good phone manners actually mean.
