Dear Raphael lawrence,
As you are all well aware, problems regarding the new workers’ contracts have recently arisen. We at the management are doing our best to fix this issue as soon as possible in order to avoid any delays and glitches in our production process. However, we should also be conscious of the worst-case scenario and be prepared for the worst.
In the case of us losing workers due to the problems regarding the contracts, we shall be reassigning everyone on hand with additional duties to fulfill. Please see the attached memo for more detailed work assignments just in case.
Hopefully, this matter shall be resolved soon and we can resume our regular production and work schedules.
