Please be advised that if our area is experiencing severe weather, or indeed another emergency situation, your immediate superior will telephone to advise if you are not expected to come to work. In the event that you do not receive a call then tune into the local HGG radio station on 689AM. The radio station will provide updates every thirty minutes.
In the event that the local police advise that it is too dangerous to travel then the office will be shut. Where the office remains open then everyone is expected to make an effort to get here. If the office is open and there is no valid reason for an employee being off then the lost time will be taken as personal time off.
