Dear Thomas dickens,

It is my responsibility to notify all employees that our parent company, Ally International, is enforcing compulsory substance abuse testing program for every employee. This program will be beginning on November 12 and employees will be needed to undergo random testing and interviews and will also have to provide samples of urine if requested by the safety officer from their departments.

An autonomous laboratory will be analyzing these samples and the results shall not be displayed publicly. Any employee found positive for drug abuse shall be placed on probation until further tests show negative results. Ally International and its subordinate companies are determined to maintain a healthy and drug free working environment.
