Dear Austin Parker  ,

I really cannot express how grateful I was when you let me stay in your house last week. I really didn’t know anywhere else to go to in York. I have never had such a fun time as I did when I had the chance to watch you and your family play together. I did not think that such a happy home life still existed in today’s society, but I have been proved wrong.

As you know my house is near the beach and would consider it a personal favor if you would come and stay with us during the summer. Sarah would love to have all of you stay over, and there is plenty of room for you all. Let me know when you are off work and I will make sure I have some days off as well.

Sincerely,

Bajnok
