I feel I have to write to inform you of the excellent customer service I have received from Sarah Jones during the past few days. I have always been more than happy with the service that your branch has provided me with, but Ms Jones’s actions went beyond even this high standard. My checking account has had a lot of problems in the past few weeks after some forged checks were cashed. Ms Jones has done all she can to help make my account right.

It is the actions of Ms Jones and her colleagues that has convinced me that all of my banking needs can be met by the York Bank, and as such all of my accounts will be moving across shortly.
