Dear Justin Holloway,

Last week, your company came out to paint the stripes on our new parking lot. I was on vacation at the time but when I returned, I was appalled at the poor workmanship that was done. Some of the lines are shorter than others and most are uneven. Our patrons aren’t even sure how to park and several have come in amused at your crew.

I certainly expect a full refund but I am also requesting that the work be somehow removed. We have another company lined up to redo the work next week. Please be advised you have until Friday of this week to be finished. I expect to see a clean blacktop surface ready for the new crew to begin work on.

I would also think it would behoove you to have a higher level manager on-site at all times during this job. I myself will be overseeing this, as well, and expect to have the utmost cooperation. I am not an unreasonable man but this is an unreasonable situation.

Please call me at your earliest convenience to discuss a satisfactory solution.

Sincerely,
Dena
