I am ask that you send someone to Carriage House Apartments, where I am the manager, to remove the Fizzy Pop machine. It is always broken and when it does work, no one ever checks on it for refills. We seem to have a problem with people wanting to beat on it in order to get either their drink or their money back. Since it is located in our swimming pool area, it is disturbing to other residents to see this kind of problem.
