Dear Richard Anderson,

Even though it is still months away, Mother’s Day came to mind. I was informed that in some congregations, they pay tribute to mothers on that day with a small gift. I believe that we can do the same in our congregation by giving a small potted plant to each mother on that day. A potted plant is a practical gift because it will last longer and it shows a certain sweetness. Cost will not be a big issue since the Flower Gardens Association is willing to sell us these potted plants at a reasonable cost. If this idea interests you, I’ll be glad to discuss this thoroughly with you. Please inform me if this idea appeals to you.

Sincerely,

Aakarshan
