I sincerely apologize for the defective camera you received. Upon closer inspection of the returned merchandise, I noticed there was no inspection sticker on the outside camera box. We are checking with the manufacturer to find out if the camera somehow missed its final inspection. I’m confident there is a plausible answer but I apologize if it caused you any difficulty.

I am replacing the original with a new camera that I have tested to my own high standards. Please accept it along with a complimentary carrying bag.
