Two weeks ago I sent in an order for three novels through the Angels Book Club. I received the package containing the books I asked for earlier today and found to my dismay that two of the three were extremely damaged and had several pages missing.
The ads for the books all guaranteed that they would be in good condition and believe that the state that I received them in does not qualify as “good”. It is for this reason that I would like to request that you give me a refund for the amount I paid.
