It was with regret that we learnt you were not fully satisfied with the printer you purchased from Star Computing Supplies last October. The printer will still be under warranty and we stand by the products we advertise and sell. For a full refund or replacement please return the printer to one of our stores with your original receipt of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot refund or replace the product without the purchase receipt.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this problem may have caused you.
