Dear Joseph Hall,

I hope that you will realize that we are extremely sorry for the way your party had to experience when you organized your celebrations in our banquet. I realize that it was extremely important for you to begin the proceedings sharp at 7 pm, but I am equally grateful for the poise you showed while we took the help of additional staff to get the work going.

For such problems not to recur, we are redesigning our policy of scheduling tight events, and would even put up extra fees on individuals who fail to vacate on time. We have loved working with your party, and would want to serve you in the near future. We apologize once again.

Sincerely,
Beriszl
