Dear Jimy Ortan,

This letter confirms the job offer extended to you verbally via phone last week. Your written acknowledgment and acceptance of the offer must be handed in before May 30, 2011. The job is for the Operations Assistant position, which reports directly to Ms. Eve Sandler, head of Operations at Floyd Communications. You will be getting a starting salary of $1800 every month, paid to you on the 5th and the 20th.

As a standard process, the first six months of your employment will be a probationary period. After which, there will be a performance assessment and review to determine if you have met the goals and objectives set by the company and if you are qualified to move on to regular employment.

This job offer is validated only after reference check has been done and proof of eligibility to work in the US has been submitted. Nonetheless, we hope you accept the offer, and we look forward to working with you this June 1, 2011..

Sincerely,
Abigail
