Dear John Harrison,

Our annual benefit dinner is almost here. Every year, the money from the entrance fee provides essential support for our upcoming plans and programs. This year’s plans and programs are more grandiose compared to the previous years’; as such, it is important to make this coming event a great success.

We have already made preparations that will ensure a large attendance as well as a memorable and fun experience to the participants. This year’s event will be held at Terrace Gardens and Hotel, and will feature the scrumptious dinner menus of Chef Andre Santini. To make the occasion more grand for our supporters, there will be an appreciation ceremony to highlight the event. We want to bestow a special price for each supporter.

The reason why we are writing you this letter is that we want to ask for your contribution to the aforementioned prizes. More specifically, the prices that we want to offer are those that show the talents of each of our members. For instance, if you’re a visual artist, you can include a painting or a sculpture as a prize. You may also offer your services. If you’re a talented nail artist, or a dance instructor, you can commit twenty minutes of your precious time to bestow your contribution.

Whatever talents or interest you may have, kindly contact us before May 1st to give your support and voice out any idea. If we work together, this benefit dinner could exceed our expectations.

Sincerely,
Usoa
