I am writing this letter regarding my unpaid student loan dues last month. I am a third year Mass Communication student who will be entering my last year in college next academic year. I availed of a student loan this academic year since I was not able to find a part-time job over the break to be able to raise enough money for my tuition. Last month, unexpected bills came up because my father fell ill and could not report to work for a week. The money I made to pay for my monthly dues was consumed and am currently saving up through a part-time job to be able to pay for it and the rest of my dues next month. I have been paying regularly and I hope that you will understand my situation. I hope that I will be able to finish my studies so that I can help my family financially when I graduate.
