Dear Mr. Dhupam,
I am writing to you to request that my loan with your company be extended. I was confined in a hospital last week for a chronic respiratory disease and I was diagnosed to have tuberculosis. I will be undergoing a six-month medication which requires me to spend a certain sum for medicines. The doctor has also recommended bed rest for at least two months. I will be having a two-month leave from work because my work exposes me to dust and smoke which may worsen my illness. Because of this, I will not be able to pay my dues for two months as I am still financially recovering from my hospitalization.
I hope that your company will consider my request for a loan extension. have been paying my dues regularly and I will pay as soon as I can.
