With reference to your reminder letter as above I with this letter would like to inform you about the reasons for the delay in payment of loan installment. I have been going through my tough time during this month and have been facing financial crunch from last fifteen days.
Due to sudden storm in the city I had to face huge business los in this month. I have lost about everything of my business. As a result I could not be able to pay this month loan installment to your bank. I hope you understand my helplessness. However, I have made insurance claim with the insurance company and I have also got the sanction letter from the company.
