Dear Mather Smith,
It appears that there has been a large error made with my pension holdings. It was almost a year a go that I amended the amount I was paying in to the holdings up to the maximum amount. This should have been 20% of my take home salary. I have copies of my paychecks which show that every month this amount has been taken out of my paycheck. Comparing it though with my annual statement of my pension holdings it seems that this money has not been going into my account.
I would ask that you review the paperwork you hold about my account and backdate the payments to the pension back to last year. I would also request that the missing interest is also applied to the account. I thank you in advance for your assistance with this issue.
