Dear All,
This is a brief letter prior to your leaving our school, wishing you a good departure and the very best in your future endeavors. Before you leave, there are a few issues we would like to remind you.
Kindly be sure to clean out your desk. Also lock your lockers and return any keys you maybe having to the Head Teacher. Any refundable deposits held will be paid out tomorrow afternoon. Please remember to redirect your mail to guide the postman to deliver mail and exam results to your home address.
Finally, we at this school do heartily wish every one of you all the very best in your goings-on.
