Effective April 7, I shall be resigning as one of the fashion designers of Luxe Inc. I have enjoyed and appreciated the opportunity to work for this company for the past years. However, lately, it seems that my ideas have been constantly shot down without even being looked at. I have noticed that the new recruit has been the constant favorite when it comes to launching new designs or special projects.
For me who has been with the company for a considerable amount of time, this is not fair. Because of this, I would very much like to seek employment somewhere else where my ideas and talents shall be appreciated and actually considered and put to use. As a fashion designer, I fell that this is important for my career growth.
