Dear Andrew Hall,

I am afraid we have had a miscommunication and I wish to straighten it out as soon as possible.

On July 12th, per a phone conversation I had with you, you told me that the insurance policy you sold me had a deductible of $2000 annually. Yet, when I received the packet of information in the mail, the deductible was listed at $5,000.

I am sure you can understand my dismay at such a huge difference. I am not happy about coverage with such a high deductible. If $5,000 is indeed correct, I wish to cancel the policy effective immediately.

Please call me as soon as you receive this letter. I am very anxious about this situation.

Sincerely,

Jelena
