Subject: Credit Dispute Letter
Dear Sir,
With reference to our telephonic discussion on 6th of August, 2010, at the afternoon, we would like to make it clear that we had supplied you the desired quality of your articles at the preferred location on the specified date.
The payment was to be made on the next day. On your request we allowed you three days time to clear the entire due in two installments. We are surprised to know that today you had made a telephone call and expressed that the dues will be paid by another one week as per your commitment. We would like to make it very clear that at no point of time there was such commitment from any sides and there is no question of accepting such request. We urge upon you to clear the entire due immediately without further prompting from our end and failing to which the matter will be decided at the Court.
